Stellar Acquisitions LLC is a boutique housing operations and compliance consulting firm providing focused, hands-on support to property managers, housing authorities, and nonprofit housing providers. This experience includes strengthening program operations, improving reporting processes, supporting regulatory compliance, developing internal tracking systems, performing eligibility and subsidy calculations, and implementing practical solutions that improve organizational efficiency and accountability.

Key accomplishments include contributing to a 300% increase in housing funding through improved reporting and program efficiency, supporting the development and implementation of Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) programs, developing tracking systems to improve operational efficiency, providing technical guidance on housing program requirements and compliance, and digitizing and organizing more than five decades of paper records following an organizational merger to improve data accessibility, consistency, and audit readiness.

Stellar Acquisitions also holds the Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation, reflecting specialized knowledge of affordable housing occupancy requirements and program administration.
